Funding for Santa Fe Search and Rescue (SFSAR) is very limited; our primary sources of income are member dues and donations.
SFSAR uses its funding to purchase a variety of search-related items, including radios, medical supplies, safety equipment and technical rescue gear.
As an all-volunteer group, each member is responsible for providing his or her own personal gear and transportation.
Santa Fe Search and Rescue is a tax exempt organization under Federal section 501(c)3.
